With his extensive experience, he offers our clients value engineering options with innovative and alternative solutions.

Mohamed leads the operations within the company, managing group finance, procurement as well as project assembly. He works closely with senior management in developing long-term operational strategies that help meet company objectives. Mohamed strives to build long term relationships and rapport with our suppliers and clients. He has a wealth of experience and is focused on driving group performance.

With an analytical and strategic mind, he ensures seamless delivery from inception to the completion of all our projects. Derek evaluates and understands our clients’ needs in order to make strategic recommendations based on market conditions and client goals. He ensures a high level of service is maintained throughout the design and build cycle to guarantee each project is delivered to the agreed scope and budget.

Bronwyn oversees the operational delivery of commercial fit out and construction projects across the UK portfolio. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial interiors and construction industry, her career spans multiple regions. Bronwyn’s leadership style is strategic, collaborative, and client-focused. Combining meticulous planning with agility, she ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining creative, technical excellence.

Youssef leads operations for Trend Group’s operations across the Middle East, with a clear vision for strong regional expansion. With over 15 years of diversified experience across Construction, Fit-out, Facilities Management, and HR, he brings a unique balance of technical expertise and people-focused leadership to the role. Youssef combines operational excellence with organisational development to drive sustainable growth.
